High Season: Extra day off work*, Xmas and Easter
Low Season: rest of the year.
Conditions
The minimum rental is for two consecutive nights.
The minimum rent at Christmas and Easter time is for five consecutive nights.
During periods of extra days off work* betwee 2 public hollydays, apartments are rented by the total number of days. A cash bail of 95 euros per apartment will be used as a deposit to ensure the proper use of the apartments.
To book an apartment we will require the half of the total amount of the reservation, performed through transfer / income or credit card. You can cancel reservations costless when you notice this cancelation two weeks before the date of entry.
The total amount of stay, as well as the bond is paid on arrival when the keys are given.
You may leave the apartment before 12:00 hours.
The entry will take place between 13:00 and 23:00 hours. During the night you will be billed a surcharge of 20 euros.
Animals are not allowed.
You can not accommodate in the apartments a different number of people registered.
